Whether you have a love or hate relationship with snow, you may find that decorating your home in winter white hues is the perfect approach for your style.  Inclusive of other soft neutrals such as creams, light greys, and soft taupe, decorating your home in white provides a relaxed environment that allows your eye to notice details.  Changes in texture throughout your choices will enhance the space and create a welcoming feeling for guests.

A classic white slipcovered sofa that’s beyond comfortable, the Cirrus Sofa is one of my favorites – and obviously a favorite of many!  This neutral sofa serves as the perfect gathering area.  Yes, it’s white and sometimes that is scary for a sofa you want to actually live on, but remember it’s a slipcover sofa.  The slipcover can be removed and cleaned, just be sure you follow the directions per your fabric choice.  If you prefer a fully upholstered version for your sofa style, look into choosing a Sunbrella fabric, available on sofas from BeModern, Rowe, Kincaid, and Vanguard.  Sunbrella fabrics allow you to live worry free.  Simply wipe with a damp cloth to clean any stain that does occur, and if it’s stubborn you can use bleach…yes, bleach on any color for this fabric.
