175,000 trees in Virginia are growing strong because Belfort Furniture cares. Happy Earth Day!

Did you know that Belfort Furniture plants a tree for every furniture delivery that we make? Since 2007, in conjunction with the Virginia Department of Forestry, Belfort Furniture has donated more than 175,000 tree seedlings that have been planted in Loudoun County and throughout the state of Virginia. Our efforts restore our forests, beautify our landscape and help offset carbon dioxide emissions. So the next time that you see one of our trucks delivering furniture in your neighborhood, remember that means a new tree has been planted. This Sunday, April 22 is Earth Day. We all need to do our part to help keep our planet healthy and strong. Planting trees is just the beginning, at Belfort Furniture we understand the importance of using sustainable wood in our products. Besides recycling over 400 tons of cardboard each year, we are adding more sustainable wood furniture selections every day.
